CAR-TER Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading or using CAR-TER you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA governs your license to use the app.

2. The service

CAR-TER lets you design control layouts and connect to a MeshSocket server. In default use you connect to a server you operate; you are responsible for that server, the data it handles, and how you use the app to control your own systems. The app is provided "as is," without warranty, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Connect+ subscription (auto-renewing)

Connect+ is an auto-renewing subscription offered as an in-app purchase:

• Title: Connect+.
• Length and price: the subscription period and price are shown on the in-app purchase screen before you buy, in your local currency.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds are governed by Apple's policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app or the Connect+ relay to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend relay access for abuse.

5. Privacy

6. Changes and contact
